Pancakes with Santa

On Saturday morning, our neighborhood hosted a Pancakes with Santa event.  Brae had fun with all her little friends and got some quality time with Santa and Mrs. Claus.  She was more intrigued by Santa than scared!  I think she's ready for Christmas!!

Little Super Fan!

Braelyn enjoyed the Hurricanes game on a Saturday afternoon.  She must be a good luck charm, because we won!!

Baby's First Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful first thanksgiving with Braelyn!  Not only was her BFF Emma born the day before Thanksgiving, but we were so lucky to have the day to spend with family.  We are very thankful for our beautiful baby girl.

Emma Grace Likovich

Emma Grace Likovich was born at 10:14am on Wednesday November 25. She was 8 lbs, 4oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Michelle and Rob are doing well!

Little Emma is beautiful and already so strong -  you can see her holding my hand.  Brae can't wait for Emma to grow up so they can have lots of fun together!!

6 Month Pics

Heather took some great 6 month pictures of Braelyn - the weather was perfect and she cooperated during the second photo shoot!  We finally got two pictures of her smiling!

Enjoying some last warm days

Brae loved sitting out in the backyard, in the nice warm fall sun.  She can sit up now, unsupported, for a few minutes at a time.

Playin Around

My new favorite thing is to stick my tongue out - all the time.  I was playing in my crib when mommy snapped this pic.

Cutest Pumpkin Ever!

We had a wonderful Halloween!!  We first went to the Weaver Halloween party as M&M's - Brae makes a pretty cute "and" sign.

And then she got all dressed up as a Pumpkin to help hand out candy.  Skylar came over too, so that we could take pictures of our 'veggie patch' kids!

Brae did great during the trick or treating and wasn't scared at all, by any of the costumes!

And she enjoyed some quality time with pop-pop on the swing!

Beach time

We were lucky to get a warm enough Saturday afternoon to go down to the beach for a little while. Brae really liked putting her feet into the sand and playing with it -although she did try to eat the sand! The water was too cold but we did find a small pool that had warm water, so we dipped her toes in!

Brae loves the aquarium

Emerald Isle

We took a trip out to Emerald Isle to help celebrate our anniversary and so that Brae could see the ocean for the first time.  We didn't have great weather, but there was a little bit of time on Saturday afternoon where we could take her down to the beach.  We also went to the aquarium and Brae LOVED it!  She was mesmerized by the big fish and just followed them around the tank - it was too cute!

Fun in Annapolis

We had a great weekend visiting Aunt Amy and Uncle Juan in Annapolis.  It was the weekend of the annual boat show, so downtown was pretty crowded, but we still got to walk around and sight see a little bit.  We also went to a pumpkin patch and Brae took her first hay ride!  It was a wonderful fall weekend!!

Play time with BFF Skylar

Brae and Skylar had fun during the Rhyme Time program for little ones at our library.  However, Skylar looks a little bit happier than Brae!  : )

Trip to Indiana

We had a great trip to visit the Miller Family in Indiana. Brae did pretty well during the 10 hour car trip - but was pretty tired by the time we got there.

She had a great time playing with cousin Greysen. He shared his hot wheels with her and she thought that was very funny - then tried to put them in her mouth!!

We also enjoyed some beautiful fall weather and played outside with the kids.

Cuddling Cousins!!

5 Months Old & Oktoberfest

On Sept 19th, our neighborhood had an Oktoberfest party. We had a great time and it was a nice way to celebrate Brae's fifth month birthday!

Caniac Carnival

We enjoyed the annual Hurricanes Carnival - and were all decked out to support our team! In a few years, Brae is going to love all the games and bouncy rides there. She had to settle for strolling around the carnival in her jersey! Lets Go Canes!!

Mmmmm, rice cereal is yummy!!

On Sept 13, Brae had her first taste of 'real' food - rice cereal. I think she liked playing with the spoon more than the food itself!!

Play time with my exersaucer

On Sept 5th, we decided to see if Brae would like to play in her exersaucer, since she is almost 5 months old and getting a little tired of the activity mat. Well....she seems to love the exersaucer!! She really likes to stand up now and I think the built in seat helps her put more weight on her legs and helps her not be so wobbly! She's a big fan!

Lets go Colts!

Sunday was a very exciting day for Paul - it was the start of football season and the Colts first game. So of course, he put on his jersey and Brae did too. They are pretty cute in their matching gear!
